The Board of Review will be held at City Hall (201 W Oak Street) on Thursday, August 10, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Do not wait until Board of Review to talk with an assessor. You have the opportunity to discuss your opinion of value prior to filing a Form of Objection with the clerk.
If you cannot come to an agreement of value, a written/oral intent to object must be filed with the City Clerk at least 48 hours prior to the Board of Review. A PA-115A form with your opinion of value must be filed with the clerk in order to attend the Board of Review. You can drop off or mail your form to City Clerk Jennifer Lydon at 201 W Oak Street, Sparta, WI 54656 or email to clerk [at] spartawisconsin.org. Forms must be received no later than August 8, 2023.
