Polling Place: The City of Sparta's polling place is located at the Sparta Community Center, located at 1000 E Montgomery Street. A Photo ID is required to vote. Type D Notice - Location and Hours
Register To Vote: If you are a resident of the City of Sparta, you must be registered in order to vote. Registered voters who have a name or address change since the last time they voted will need to update their information. Registration can be done in the City Clerk's office at 201 W Oak Street or by using the WI Voter Registration form, or at MyVote.wi.gov.
Absentee Voting: If an elector is unable to come to the polling place or will be unable to vote on Election Day, they can request to receive an absentee ballot. The request can be done in the City Clerk's office or in writing and should be addressed to the City Clerk's office using the Application for Absentee Ballot form. Absentee ballot can also be requested at MyVote.wi.gov.
- In-House Absentee Voting is conducted at Sparta City Hall (201 W Oak Street) 14 days prior to every election. Photo ID is required.
