Applications for all Liquor licenses are subject to a background check and must be submitted to the City Clerk 15 days prior to being forwarded to the Public Safety Committee. The Public Safety Committee reviews the applications on the first Monday of the first full week of each month at 5:30 p.m. They make a recommendation to the City Council. The Council grants the license and meets on the second Wednesday of each month.
