At the heart of the The Bicycling Capital of America you will find a 1902 Carnegie library building. The Sparta Free Library sits on a Historic Four Corners with the Post office (circa 1915), the Monroe County Courthouse (circa 1896), and the Monroe County Museum Complex, previously the Masonic Temple (circa 11922-1923).
